With more than 25 years of corporate experience across diverse industries, including 18 years in energy, and cultures spanning Europe, the Middle East and Asia, I bring a profound understanding of how large, complex organizations function.

Having risen through the ranks to become a regional CHRO for a leading global energy company, I have seen the best and the worst of such organizations.
